portrait house will not be the cheapest price you will find but neither will it be the dearest.  Since you have the images provided, you can make your own printing arrangements, if that's what you want.

What matters most - not only on the day but for the rest of your lives - was whether the photographer captured the rich essence of the event and contributed to, and built on, your happiness on the Big Day.  Only a face to face meeting with your photographer and an examination of the kind of  images that they create at a wedding will give you an insight as to how your album will look and the confidence to engage one particular studio over any other.

ALBUMS ::

If your photographs are important to you, they may be priceless to your children. It’s important that they’re preserved and showcased in a manner to stand the tests of time.

We provide you with high-quality files on a disc to keep. We leave it to you to decide on albums, etc. but we are pleased to offer you a Design and Print service if you wish.

Beautiful photography in an album will last. Indeed, the album can turn your photographs into art. It can’t be accidentally erased or recorded over. The images will not get lost or pictures given away. Your wedding photographs will be enjoyed as readily by your children as they are by you.

 

OUR PRICES START FROM £850


You can choose to either have your album designed and printed by us or, alternatively, we can provide the files for you to do your own thing with. Which ever you choose, our services include (except where noted) :-

• The personal attendance of award-winning photographer, Gordon Young
• Plus a female qualified photographer for dressing-room shots and candids*
• Pre-ceremony pictures at bride’s home (plus groom, if practical to do so**)
• Ceremony
• Gardens or other convenient beauty spot
• Reception (ends mock-cake cutting) We are also available to cover speeches and first waltz at a small additional charge.

A DVD Show Presentation of your wedding images set to words and music to show on your TV.

A Wedding Showcase of the Studio’s choice images (about 40-50) set to music on the website.

All your invidual wedding images uploaded onto the internet for family and friends to view (and order, if they wish).

For the bride and groom that would prefer that PORTRAIT HOUSE handles everything, we offer a comperhensive range of album-inclusive services with a choice of three album styles.

WEDDINGS A LA CARTE
— 2008 CREATION FEE £1199

Our philosophy is simple. We take fantastic pictures of the day, give you a disc of the pictures for you to do your own thing. No wedding album is provided with this service.

Photographs edited, cropped, prepared for printing and high resolution files burned onto a CD-ROM (usually around 200-250) together with a copyright release certificate. A second folder of low resolution pictures is also included on the disc to permit convenient viewing.

If you want, we can provide a design and print service utilising the very best products and services obtainable today.
